For privacy law purposes, Expedise acts as the Personal Information Controller for personal data collected through the app. Applicant information may be shared with client companies only as needed for deployment, verification, and work-related operational requirements, in accordance with applicable law.
2. Information We Collect
Depending on your use of the Services, we may collect:
- 2.1 Account Information - name, mobile number, email address, login details, and OTP or verification information.
- 2.2 Profile and Onboarding Information - address and personal details submitted during application, registration, or onboarding.
- 2.3 Employment-Related Information - assignment details and records needed to support your application, onboarding, or employment process.
- 2.4 Uploaded Documents - government IDs and other supporting documents you choose to submit; some may be considered sensitive personal information.
- 2.5 Attendance or Workday Data - workday or attendance information shown in the app when provided or validated by your agency, employer, or authorized partner.
- 2.6 Device and Usage Data - device model, operating system version, app activity logs, crash logs, and IP address.
- 2.7 Location Data - approximate location only, and only if you enable location access through your device or app permissions.
3. How We Use Your Information
We may use your personal data to:
- 3.1 Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Services.
- 3.2 Process applications, onboarding, verification, and employment-related workflows.
- 3.3 Verify identity and help prevent fraud, misuse, or unauthorized access.
- 3.4 Display attendance, workday, or related status information in the app.
- 3.5 Send OTPs, verification notices, service messages, and status updates.

We process personal data only when allowed by law, including where processing is based on consent, contractual necessity, legal obligation, legitimate interests, vital interests, public authority, or other lawful bases recognized under applicable law.
